Frequently Asked Questions

Answers To Common Questions

What conditions do you treat?

We have multiple doctors who can treat a variety of conditions, depending on their specialty.

The pain conditions we treat are: low back pain, sciatica, partial rotator cuff tears, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, meniscus injuries, osteoarthritis, or, bone on bone arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel, joint stiffness, neck pain, migraines, headaches, and more.

Some of the other conditions include: digestive imbalances, autoimmune diseases, allergies, PCOS, infertility, PMS, acne, psoriasis, eczema, infertility, anxiety, depression, and more.

What can I expect during my first visit?

The first visit is typically a longer consultation of about 1 to 1.5 hours. We take longer than a regular medical doctor, as we know the importance of getting to know the whole person and finding the root cause. After the consultation we will either review recent lab work, or order labs to have a deeper look as to what is going on. After this first consult you will walk away with an individualized plan, made just for your needs. Then, at the follow up, we will review any labs that were ordered and track your progress.

Do naturopathic doctors prescribe medication?

Our philosophy centers on treating the root cause and addressing the whole person. While medications can sometimes be necessary for symptom relief, they are not typically our first approach. Many medications tend to mask symptoms rather than help the body return to balance. We only use medications when absolutely necessary and appropriate, assessing each case individually. As naturopathic doctors, we have a wide range of tools to support various conditions, and medications are just one of those options.

Do you offer free consulations?

We offer a 10-15 minute "Clarity Call" via phone or Zoom. This call provides an opportunity to determine if the doctor-patient relationship is a good fit. During the call, you can ask questions about our approach, philosophy, treatment timelines, and investment expectations.

How do I schedule an appointment?

The quickest way to schedule is via phone call at 928-257-4873. You may also read our team bios and choose a doctor you would like a free consult with by booking online under "meet our team" tab.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice minimum for cancelling or rescheduling. Some of our doctors travel far to see patients at the clinic, and we want to respect their time and efforts to be there. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you take my insurance?

Most insurance companies will not take naturopathic physicians as in network practitioners. We can provide a super bill with proper codes upon request should you want to submit to your insurance for an out of network coverage. Once this is submitted to your insurance, you will get reimbursed based on your plan. Common visits that get reimbursed are acupuncture, consultations, trigger point injections, and even some IV therapies. Check with your insurance company for details on what it may cover.

Do you offer telemedicine or virtual consultations?

We do offer telemedicine consultations globally.

How do I prepare for my first appointment?

To best prepare for your appointment and provide a smooth and focused intake, there are a few things you can do to be prepared.

  1. First, fill out the paperwork online, you can do this on a desktop or on your phone via the text message sent to you. Just click the link in the text, confirm your birthdate, and get started. This paperwork is comprehensive, but the information is relevant and will help keep the consult focused and efficient.

  1. Please bring any physical copies of blood work or imaging from the past year.

If you are scheduled for a service appointment (IV, injectables, aesthetic procedures, acupuncture/ cupping) then the preparation will vary.
